FAQ's

Your login information was emailed to you the Monday before the conference, as well as Sunday night before the conference. The email is sent to the primary email address on your account. Please be sure to check your spam folder. If you didn't receive it please email service@hcca-info.org 

Since the conference is virtual you are free to attend any sessions you would like, no pre-selection required. When the agenda on the platform goes live on Monday, you will just use the agenda page to navigate to the sessions you would like to attend. 

CI Connect, a virtual networking tool that will allow all conference participants the ability to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors as well as HCCA staff. Click on the CI Connect Icon in the lobby now (use the conference log in information above) to create your profile. By creating your profile, it allows you to be matched with like-minded compliance professionals interested in similar topics. CI Connect allows you the ability to make connections by exchanging contact information, schedule video meetings, and send messages at your leisure throughout the entire conference.

To ensure a great virtual experience or if you have trouble logging in or are unable to see the lobby page please review the following

  • Check your internet connection: A stable internet connection is required, and an ethernet connection is recommended over Wi-Fi. 

  • Disable your firewall settings: If you are on a company computer or a computer that is connected to a VPN, there may be a firewall setting blocking the player from showing. Please disconnect from your VPN or try accessing the site on a personal device, such as a tablet or cell phone. You can also ask your company to whitelist our domains https://www.spvirtualexperience.com/hccaci/ and video.ibm.com 

  • Change your browser: If you see a black box or no visible player on your screen, try using a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best compatibility.

The pre-attendee list does not include attendees who, in the past, have requested not to share their information, if you'd like to be added we can add you now. Please email service@hcca-info.org to be added. 

A link to the handouts will be sent to you in the welcome email. You can also access them in the platform via the handouts button.

The Piano and Magic shows will be hosted on Zoom. downloading Zoom is not necessary, as they have a web-based version as well.  

All registered attendees will have access to the platform and on demand sessions, starting on Tuesday, April 27 for 30 days. Attendees or non-attendees may also purchase session recordings following this initial 30-day period. 

HCCA requires everyone to be registered and participating under their own account. 

In your access email a link will be provided for a CEU application form. Please fill it out and return it to ccb@compliancecertification.org to receive your CEUs. If you need CLE, NAB or NASBA credits, make sure you are hitting the active monitoring  pop-ups during the sessions. 

If you need to cancel your participation (or send a substitute), your request must be submitted by email to helpteam@hcca-info.org.  A conference credit will be issued for all registration fees paid (minus any cancellation fee) and will expire 12 months from the date of the original canceled event. Conference credits will not be issued if you do not attend the event and have not requested cancellation prior to the event start date. An additional fee may apply depending upon the membership status of the substitute.
